The team fee is paid per team at registration – the participant fee per person (players & leaders) for teams staying in our accommodation.

Friday – Sunday
- 2 nights in school/lodging
- 7 meals
- Cup play for 3 days
Thursday – Sunday
- 3 nights in school/lodging
- 10 meals
- Cup play for 4 days
Wednesday – Sunday
- 4 nights in school/lodging
- 11 meals
- Cup play for 4 days
9v9 and 11v11 teams only · limited availability. Dinner on Wednesday evening can be purchased from our partner.

Payment & refunds
Payment
The team fee is paid at registration – by card or invoice via Klarna. Participant fees are paid no later than 31 May.
Refunds – participant fee
No refunds of participant fees are made after 31 May without a doctor's certificate.
Refunds – team fee
The team fee is not refunded if a team withdraws after 1 April. This also applies to teams reducing their number of teams (e.g. from 2 to 1 team in the B12 class).
Cancelled event
If the event is cancelled, all fees are fully refunded.
